• No refunds; credit note issued for full-priced items within 14 days of purchase.

• Customer covers shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

• Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

• Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be refused.

• For defective, damaged, or wrong items, Sunny and Moon covers return shipping.

• No refunds for lost return parcels.
