Our returns policy

No refunds: We issue credit notes for full-priced items returned within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Item condition requirements

All returned items must be in their original condition:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached
Important: Returns that don't meet these conditions may be refused.

Defective or wrong items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Sunny and Moon will cover the return shipping costs.

Please contact us immediately so we can make it right!

Lost parcels

Please note: We cannot offer refunds for return parcels that are lost in transit. We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns.
